The name on the trailer says La Princesa Taqueria. The food was delicious. I ordered an asada burrito and a barbacoa torta with fries. I especially loved the torta, it was so yummy. I also had a Mexican coke. The lady and her daughter were so nice. Great customer service and authentic Mexican food. The food was made fresh to order and it didn’t make me sick. My tummy is weak so that is very important for me. The restaurant I originally was going to was almost next door but it was closed. I’m so glad it was because this food was wonderful.

I had the quesadillas and they are really good. There are also 3 different causes you can get with your meal. Idk what the other reviews are talking about but it’s pretty good! They use mozzarella cheese if that makes a difference to you. Staff is really nice as well.

Eh ok. Was driving to Pagosa from Phoenix and previously looked for taco trucks and was happy when I found them as I could eat taco truck food for every meal…. however once getting to town and trying them I was a bit let down.

The taste of these sopapillas is one of the most addicting things I’ve ever experienced. If my taste buds don’t get to have one of these things I start going through sopapilla withdrawal. And trust me, you don’t want that. Plus the family who runs it is so nice. Overall, it’s really just the taste that drives me nuts for this place. Definitely going to keep me coming back to Pagosa!
