We were walking down the street of this small beautiful Colorado town and stopped into this restaurant for lunch. It’s a small husband and wife owned restaurant set into the old movie house. I had enchiladas, my partner had a burrito. Unfortunately they were out of menudo so he could not get his favorite dish. The food was delicious and we enjoyed the colorful interior and the music. Our server was just lovely and attentive. Oh, yes, she’s also the co-owner!

Faster than fast service! We were staying all night in Burlington on our travels, searched for Mexican restaurants and found an AWESOME one! Outstanding service, Amazing food, and great atmosphere! We’ll be back on our next trip through your area!! I had a chipotle chicken burrito with rice and beans, my wife had a veggie burrito with rice and beans . Thanks it was an awesome experience!!
