I work nearby and have picked up takeout off and on, since I love tamales! I felt I had to make a review (I don’t post reviews ever) after my experience taking my friend out for her birthday — the customer service was amazing, and I truly appreciate how special it made my friend’s night.

The food was ok. The guacamole was a bit runny, maybe it had too much lime. The mole sauce was really good. The quesadilla was a bit burnt and not soft.

Food was very good and super fresh! Attentive and very friendly staff. Very reasonably priced. Interesting decorations with a funky vibe. Would go again, not much in this area for restaurants and this would be a good choice for the area. The burrito bowl is not huge but very good and can’t beat the price for the amount and quality.

A beautiful establishment with great aesthetics. The food was delicious but the portion sizes were very small, Especially for the price. The condiments were complimentary but were scarce/ lacking . I would suggest adding more rice and beans/ slightly larger portions and condiments on the side as they are were non existent. I enjoyed my meal but was disappointed given the small portions.

Nicely decorated restaurant and decent service. Food quality was very disappointing… from the chips and salsa to the main courses, the flavors were off; got a side of “queso” that was just a bowl of Velveeta like product. The Al Pastor burrito bowl was really bad, both in presentation and flavor. The chicken tacos ware tasteless and dry.

Very good food. My friends and I love burrito plate and tacos here so much. Desserts are nice too, especially flan (we just focused on eating and forgot to take a picture )

Food is ok but customer service sucks. If there is delay and you got a customer waiting to pickup, please atleast let the customer know that there is a delay so that they could leave and come back later. They don’t answer or talk to the customer until we specifically ask about the status of the order. Staff working there at the front desk are in their own world and don’t even bother about customers coming in and waiting. I usually order thru doordash but this is the first I ordered directly and had a bad experience. After all this there isn’t a single line of apology for the delay. Please note that Customer service is as much important as the quality and taste of the food. History has seen very big businesses shut their doors due to poor customer service. I would recommend training the people at the front desk on how to give customers a better service and experience.

I wish I could give this place a good review. However, after eating there this evening I am disappointed in the flavor profile. The rice was bland as was their carne asada or “mild sauce” . The only thing they have going is their over sweetened horchata.

The restaurant’s decoration is very good. I love it very much, but the food is just ok. I bought Togo, they gave me many sauces, that’s good. But I won’t go visit every month, maybe once a year.

First time here and ate at the bar. The bartender was lovely I believe her name was Lupita? And she explained she was from Mexico City. Wonderful service and helpful choosing menu items. We started with the first margarita listed on the menu and they were delicious. She brought chips and salsa and they complemented the margaritas. The salsa had a different flavor I couldn’t place it. It was very fresh tasting. We started with ceveche that was amazing. The music was upbeat alternative Spanish music. Our dinners were delicious. The rice was spot on. Then the chocolate flan was like something grandma would make totally homemade.
