There is always a wait here and when I ordered my food there was a 45 minute wait but it wasn’t ready until 1 hr and 15 min later. They told me that they would text me and I never got a text. I go back on my own and my food was waiting to be picked up. They claim they called me twice but the person who took the order wrote my number down wrong.

This place is ridiculous with their ordering policies. You can’t place orders over the phone – only in-person. So you have to find metered parking to go in and order, then you can’t wait in the restaurant for your food; they make you come back. They don’t greet you when you walk in the door and often times staff seems annoyed. Love their food but seriously frustrated with how they operate.

I love the food, but the fact that you can’t call in an order is ridiculous! You have to drive there place your order to go, then wait almost an hour for it! Like what am I going to do for an hour? Waste the gas to drive home, then wait for them to call? If I could place my order over the phone, I have no problem waiting for it, but to have to drive there to place it is BS!

So looking forward to trying the food but they are a little to busy and disorganized. We were sat down at a table. People who were doing take out were constantly piling in. They continued to take peoples takeout orders while we sat at a table waiting for someone to take our food order. Got to the point to where we just ordered drinks and cashed out. Will try again next time.
