This place was so good! I got the Kalua Pork Tacos. The rice and beans were so bomb. The horchata was super good too! My waitress was very nice and took great care of me. Free parking in the plaza it’s in. Very close to Kailua beach so go for a swim and come here after for dinner.

Free chips & salsa. They had a green salsa that was bigger than the red salsa. Big margaritas. We were there on taco Tuesday and the tacos w/corn tortillas were $3.50. The tacos had a lot of meat for a $3.50 taco!

Mexico Lindo is a really nice spot, a much needed Mexican restaurant in a mainland style that you don’t see often on O’ahu. Their margaritas are strong and large. In other words, perfect. The food is also great in that Americanized Mexican way, but definitely on the expensive side. Still, I’ll definitely be back for a few margaritas and chimichangas again and again.

The service here is atrocious. My wife is vegetarian and we’ve asked multiple times if there are meat products in the sauces and they’ve always told us there aren’t… come to find out there are! The servers don’t know anything about what’s in their food apparently, nor do they care. The servers also don’t care about courtesy or accommodation. There was a fly in our food, and we took the piece of lettuce with the fly on it and put it on the side of the table to show them, when notified the server doesn’t say a word and just takes the fly and walks away all irritated. She never said a word of apology about it, didn’t replace the meal and still charged us full price. Their beans are always dry, their salsa and beef is mediocre, their chicken is good though. We’ve sat for over 20 mins waiting for our order to be taken. We’ve given this place multiple chances because it’s the only somewhat decent sit-down Mexican restaurant around Kailua and they’ve proven every time how undeserving of our business they are.

Nice interior, okay food, great horchata! I had the enchiladas and it was chicken in a tortilla with a little cheese on top. Very little sauce, definitely not what I expected. However it wasn’t bad, and I ate it, just not what I would’ve preferred. Getting good Horchata in Hawaii is hard and I don’t think I’ve had better anywhere else. Definitely going back for more.

Tejano Mexican food at its finest! Free chips and salsa and top tier flour tortillas, you know the owner Augustine is from Texas! Heard about him being a marine veteran from Texas from a coworker, decided to give it a go and it was awesome. Very kind waitress who was attentive, Margarita was solid, fajitas were amazing, and menudo was phenomenal! Beans could use a little more seasoning but everything else made up for that. Overall, amazing experience and will be back!!!!!

We brought friends from Canada who ordered the mixed fajitas and loved it. They would definitely love to go back. My husbands big burrito was huge and all lean meat. The service was great. The girls were very nice and always smiling . It did get busy, but we did get a couple of fried ice cream to try, which was good. We enjoyed our lunch and would return
