My favorite Mexican restaraunt here in Morristown, Tennessee is Mexico Lindo! The absolute best cheese enchiladas in town, I’ve been to so many Mexican restaurants and they just don’t make their enchiladas right. It’s all in the sauce! Mexico Lindo’s brown sauce is to-DIE-for! I would eat here everyday if I could. My fiancé normally orders a steak Mexico Lindo or something with steak in it it and of course he enjoys it too! Only time I ever had a complaint was with the waiters/waitresses sometimes they take a little too long talking to another table and kind of forget about us. If you don’t mind waiting and have an ounce of patience they’re just fine though ☺️

Friendly employees!! And DELICIOUS, BEST MEXICAN FOOD IN MORRISTOWN! Actually, best Mexican food from here to Knoxville to anywhere. I absolutely love how unique your salsa is!!! Love love love your chips as well. They don’t make me feel greasy and weighed down at all like every other Mexican chips I’ve tried do. They’re very light and don’t give me bad tummy problems at all! And I absolutely love how the salsa doesn’t leave a yucky after taste either. You guys are the best Mexican food EVER!!! Will be back again and again!

In my opinion, it is the best Mexican restaurant in town. I love the option of either ground beef or shredded beef in any dish that others do not provide. I have eaten there for many years and have not had a bad experience.

Good food for the price. Friendly staff with fast service and table turnover. They allow for large platters to be split between couples, effectively cutting the cost in half.

Two weirdos in a truck
This is your average Mexican restaurant. Nothing special about it. The taco I ordered was good. They beans could have been hotter. The hot salsa is good. They have a large parking lot with easy access. The prices are comparable to other restaurants. The cheese dip was kind of thin.
