Today was my first visit there for lunch. The servers were courteous, they greeted me and attended as I came into the restaurant .The menu was clearly described, and the staff provided some great recommendations. The cuisine was excellent. I selected the chicken chicken bowl and the freshly prepared chicken was well worth the little wait (took barely 3 minutes). For the price, the portions were exceptionally large. I chose the chicken option, and it was delicious!

I understand that everything is more expensive because of inflation but this is ridiculous…. We’ve been coming to this location since it opened and this used to be one of our favorite places to get takeout. However, we will not be coming back to this location. We’ve noticed that the portions have been getting ridiculously smaller over the last few visits. We don’t mind paying for what we order as long as it’s worth the price and we’re not feeling taken advantage of or cheated. During today’s visit I really felt cheated, so I pointed that out to the server that the portions were getting significantly smaller on every visit. I also made it a point to let them know that I don’t feel that the salad is worth what I am being charged to which I was met with argumentative rude responses. I guess it’s easier to jump to being defensive and rude rather than calmly engaging with a customer that expresses a concern. I understand that jobs in the food industry are not easy when you have people complain but I don’t think putting 7 or 8 pieces of mixed greens, a spoon of rice, and barely half a spoon of each item I asked for is worth what I was charged and then on top of that, today and the last few times I ordered here there hasn’t even been pita available. They’re not offering anything in place of the pita, which is supposed to be part of the order but they still charged full price. I’m not okay with being expected to pay full price for half a portion of salad and no pita. In the future, I will drive out of the way to another location or just find a different place to order but we won’t be returning to this location.

I placed an order for a bowl and they include toppings that I did not requested on the order, I found out that the bottom was flooded and I couldn’t even eat, it looks disgusting. The sauces were watery. Not sure how they handle their quality control with the food.

We stopped in for lunch for the first time today. The restaurant is Immaculate, the staff (Joanna especially) was very friendly and explained the menu and gave excellent suggestions. The food was delicious. We chose the pita pockets which were made fresh (only took 3min and was WELL worth the short wait). The portions we very generous especially for the price. I had the spicy lamb and it was SOO good!! They had so many choices it would be impossible to eat the same thing twice!! We have added this to our regular rotation and next time we are craving Mediterranean we will be back!!

I like Mezeh because its sort of vegetarian options. They have a wide variety of vegetables to choose and Mediterranean chicken for protein and different varieties of sauces, but their arugula and other greens were wilted at that time. They should not serve it. I had a medium bowl of veggie salad for $10.00….so inexpensive for lunch.
