This is fr the BEST salad/sandwich place you could go to. The bread (especially honey wheat!!) is to die for. The salads are always jam packed with veggie goodness and always hit the spot. The dressings (specifically poppy seed) match well with the delicious salad and I love that they always have a fruit to give with the meal :). If you are in the area this is a MUST GO. And even if you aren’t- come here. For your own good. >:)

Lovely atmosphere and reasonably priced, but nothing special about the sandwiches. The soup was also very salty and oily; nothing special. The ciabatta bread was hard and tough to chew sometimes. I did like the sprouts and mayo they put on the sandwiches though. Pineapple slice was a great touch.

Went here picking up my daughter from Berkeley and it was absolutely amazing! The portions are HUGE and everything is very well priced for the amount of food you’re getting. The salads are delicious and the sandwiches are even better. Hands down the best sandwich on the menu is the BLTA on ciabatta. Our personal favorite in Berkeley! Definitely recommend dining in rather than out, or ordering ahead online because the lines can get long.

This is the best place to get a good sandwich or salad. Next time I am in Berkeley, I am going there for lunch again. My husband and I had the best turkey sandwich on their honey wheat bread (which is baked there) which we loved. Our daughter had a salad with the poppy seed dressing which she loved. Highly, highly recommend this place for lunch if ever your in Berkeley.
