Mezzo Calzones offers high quality traditional Italian calzones in a variety of flavors. The calzone’s outer crust is baked to crispy perfection while the inside filling contains a warm blend of ricotta and mozzarella cheeses along side an assortment of hearty meats and vegetables. Our calzones will be served with a choice of house made dipping sauces such as marinara, pesto, & creamy ranch. Mezzo’s will also provide other menu options such as side salads and garlic knots, also great for dipping.

We have been hearing about this place and wanted to try something new so as pizza lovers we found ourselves venturing out and supporting a new local small business. They have been open since Feb 2023. I got the sausage and peppers calzone and mh husband the one with the mushrooms. The one with the mushrooms was very very salty but mine was very very good. Meatballs were the highlight of our meal. We both did combos that included a calzone, side and soda for about $13. Only downside is the pla e smelled overwhelming of cleaning products. I wish I could have smelled more of the cooking to really enhance the experience.

I tried the Prosciutto Mushroom, Pesto, and Meat Lovers tonight. I’m not that big of a meat eater, but I tried a few bites of my boyfriends Meat Lovers calzone and it honestly was pretty good. Texture is a big thing for me and everything flowed really well with each other. I got the Prosciutto Mushroom and it was well packed, cheesy, and saucy. The bread is nicely seasoned so you don’t just have a plain dough. They did a good job making the filling the centerpiece of it all so you’re not eating through 4-5 bites of just bread before actually getting what you paid for which I appreciate a lot. My best friend got the Pesto and it was by far my favorite, I’m definitely going for that one next time I go. It had the most dense amount of flavor in each bite, the pesto ran into the bread so you got a bit more of a seasoned taste each time. Anyways, I definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a calzone that will put your craving at rest.

Everything is delicious!! I’m a vegetarian and got the pesto calzone with a garden salad and it’s so good! Very fresh, great flavor, good portion and the spicy marinara is actually spicy which I loved! Also tried the garlic knots and they’re delicious! Would definitely recommend to everyone it’s a great price for the meal with the side and drink. Will definitely be back soon

Just tried this place. The staff was friendly and the Calzones were great. loved the buco, the meat was very tender and tasty. Meat lovers was really good as well. This place is great for a warm and tasty meal, and it’s fast if you order ahead. We’ve ordered to go and also dined in. The plaza is a little grungy and the eat in area inside is small but cozy. My favorite calzones are the mezzobuco and meat lovers. Some of the other ones are too cheesy like sausage and pepper. Definitely recommend you to try this new place!
