The absolute best thing about MGD is the owners. Francis & Christine are amazing & the service is wonderful! MGD is hands down my favorite Korean BBQ in the San Fernando Valley. The food & drinks are outstanding! I also love the throw back millennial music.

Fun time and good food. About a 30 minute wait on a Friday night. Food quality fantastic, service awesome, very loud inside. Parking is tough and businesses in back watch all spaces so street parking is best and safest bet.

Best all you can eat Korean BBQ restaurant in all of the LA area! Yeah it’s a little expensive ($35 per person) but it’s so worth it. Their menu is massive, has many different meats and sides, and they have tons of delicious alcohol. If you’re in the area or you’re looking to try a new Korean BBQ restaurant I highly recommend this one! They even have a little robot that drives around and delivers food to people!

Most of the food is mid. Sides are portioned small, lacking flavor, and not appetizing. Most of the food arent authenticly made. For example, the spicy rice cake comes with ~8 pieces, and instead of cooking it with the sauce, it’s just drizzled on top. The rice paper is smaller than the size of a credit card. Japjae only had one veggie ingredient. The meat they serve is pretty decent. You don’t get the greasey feeling after you fill your belly. But sucks that they only serve 1 piece of la kalbi per person. The steak they serve is very small and not worth getting. Besides that, service is really good, music is really loud which can be good if you don’t wanna listen to anyone you’re eating with. For the price, it’s definitely not worth it. This restaurant was made for non-koreans.

Was looking for a new Korean BBQ AYCE spot so decided to try this place out. It’s $27.95 for adults and $10.95 for kids 5-12. Everyone was super friendly but service was hit and miss. They set up our table right away. They do have a patio with heat lamps so we chose to sit out there with very little wait time. Our grill wasn’t turned on when we sat down which was fine as it warmed up quickly but I’m used to the grill being oiled down to prevent the meats from sticking.

Meat quality was good. Marinades and side dishes were good. Service was good. Plenty of tables and space. The big thing hindering this place was the price, which was $32.95 a person for all you can eat. With what is on the menu, you can find similar places (like Gen) with same meat quality for cheaper.
