Decided to stop in for some good Spanish food. Of course it was as good as I anticipated. But the service was poor and slow. The server never stated her name, had no knowledge of the menu, and was a bit too sassy for my liking. No friendly at all! We were there for 3 hours and got checked on, in total maybe 4 times. The music is so loud in there that you have to yell just to have a conversation.

Waitresses are disrespectful and could care less if ur waiting over an hour for your food. I speak Spanish but unfortunately my company didn’t n was having a hard time ordering. Its 2020 2 languages are a must its not fair im in my city i grew up in and can’t go out to eat becuz they cant speak english. Needs much improvement with customer service and music is so loud in such a small space u gotta yell across to each other. Overall experience was very disappointing. Dont suggest for Latino food there’s much better comfortable restaurants in our area.

Mi Casa was a terrible experience. The waters cost money. My family and I waited for more than an hour for our food. The food never came. So when we told the waitresses they didnt even care. They said, “well what would you like to do?”. If you are looking for a nice place to eat and enjoy your time with your family… This is NOT it.

Terrible service!! We were given two menus with different prices for the same food. We spent over an hour waiting on appetizers and meals that never came out. When speaking to the staff, no one had answers for us. We had a party of 7 and we ended up walking out. What a huge disappointment!! We well never go back.

I thought I was going to have a great experience but unfortunately it wasn’t. I was by the town coming from NY bc I had some errands to do so I passed by. I ordered food and asked for beans and salad dressing and they brought it when I was literary done with the rest of the my lunch. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this unless they change the customer service.

I’ve order food from many restauranta here in Hazleton,Pa but the one that I didnt like and has The worst customer service is MI CASA RESTAURANT. When you order over the phone you CANT hear anything and plus they make you wait 40,45 minutes when the tell you , you will receive your food in 10-15 minutes. finally your order is not always complete. Always missing something. Not a good place bad experience.
