I got the green chile fries. Absolutely garbage, I was hesitant to even try them for fear I would get sick on our road trip. Very greasy and mushy. The price was crazy as well 13.99. I didn’t eat them. My wife got tacos and they were good, too expensive for sure, but good. That’s what brought the stars from 1 to 2.

We wanted to try a local restaurant and chose Mi Casita. Located on Flaming Gorge Way across from the Sweetwater Museum, parking may be tricky, so plan ahead if you go during busy times. The furniture is a bit dated, but the decorations were cute. I had the chicken tostadas and loved it. Portions were smaller than I expected compared to other restaurants of similar menus. However, it was just the right amount to not overstuff myself. I would eat here again and try out more of their menu.
