Ordered nachos supreme. It had zero flavor. Absolutely no seasoning in the beef. Fajitas mixed, very small amount of meat , tons of green peppers, a little opinion. The chicken breast in my guests order was so thin and dry it was barely passable. I would not recommend this place at all. Expensive for the quality . I have no idea how they have as high a score as they do.

Chips were incredibly stale, all food had no seasoning and was barely warm. Waited almost 30 minutes for drinks and they never offered a refill until we were done eating. Food took almost an hour and was terrible, refried beans shouldn’t be grey and the rice was over cooked. Don’t waste your time and money here. There are much better options for Mexican a block away. I would recommend Taco Bell before I would eat this bland excuse for authentic Mexican.

This is a small Mom & Pop restaurant in downtown Nevada, IA. So, the decor is a bit out dated and it’s a bit small. We go for the great home cooking taste and presentation. One of my favorites!
