My refund is denied because my food was already prepared- even though I was estimated over an hour for pickup of 3 enchiladas order. I understand if I had waited more than a few minutes, but I am unhappy that a) my food was going to sit for over 45 minutes before they told me it was ready. Or b) they are trying to take advantage of customers. Either way not sure what kind of establishment runs their business like this. Will never go or recommend.

I placed a Togo order, and when I arrived for pickup, the order was not correct. The waitress was awesome she sent it back to be corrected. The hostess who admitted she took my order was very argumentive about the order being correct the first time. Not good customer service.

I can say I walked in and the place was very busy all staff was as well the manager there really step up and made sure My 2 kids and I had a booth. The service was great and the food was really good. I would definitely dine there again in the future. Probably after lunch hour because this restaurant does get packed. GREAT FOOD.
