Googled “Ox tails near me” and this place came up… Exterior was cool, parking lot was rather small… Upon walking in there was no greeting at all, strike 1. It was very small inside but had about 7 stools for dining in if you wanted to I guess… Waited a few mins to place our order, again never greeted just a next was said, assuming that was us. We ordered 1 ox tail plate (came with 3 sides, we ordered greens & cabbage, candied yams, and Jamaican rice & peas) to share because the reviews weren’t that promising, AND the reviews DID NOT LIE. Them ox tails were so small and idk what was wrong with the man that made the plate, his attitude was off so I’m guessing that’s why those little bitty oxtails ended up on the plate. Spending a total of $25.10 (added a Jamaican lemonade, taste just like country time x2). The service plus the size of the plate (he knew we were sharing I asked for 2 forks) just wasn’t worth it. We did eat it though no lie it was good, just a little heavy handed with the salt. 3 out of 5 for me.

I happened to pass their food truck a few days ago leaving my children’s doctors appointment, everyone was hungry so we decided to stop. A worker instantly came over to my car as I was checking the menu out asking if he could be of service. My son & I got out, ordered the food which was already freshly and hot prepared. We literally stood up in those plates!!!!(standing while eating) it was so delicious and the taste was overly satisfying. Will definitely be back! The jerk polish was out favorite

I’m going to say that it was okay, I actually spent about $20 for curry chicken dinner plate with their Jamaican lemonade. It was country time and not freshly squeezed as she said but it was still good I guess. How the curry chicken didn’t taste like curry it taste salty. I wasn’t a fan. I actually ended up throwing the plate away. The Mac and cheese needs a new recipe it wasn’t good. The greens and cabbage was okay. I couldn’t really taste the rice and Pees because there was so much of the salty curry sauce on it it drounded out the plate. Overall I’d say if you want some country time lemonade stop by. Maybe I’ll try the jerk next time.

I encountered this establishment just yesterday. 7/4/23. Went to Riverfest St.Charles mo. Ordered a Turkey leg . Paid $15.00 only to get a burnt up dried out tasteless Turkey leg. It was a busy day but don’t serve people dog food like seriously!? No organization. Workers overwhelmed and disgruntled. I literally had to throw this thing in the trash. Waste of time in line as well as money spent.

Everything was great. I had the 3 meat deal that comes with 2 sides for $13. I’ve gone twice. Loved the reggae wings, jerk ribs, brown stew w/ rice, pork steak, sweet potatoes, and baked beans. DEEE- LICIOUS

Wish I could give higher rating but they only had one menu & it was dirty, confusing and mark offs. The customer service was good and they explained the current pricing. The food I ordered was ok, kind of bland. Not worth my 20 mile drive. I’m sure they’re doing the best they can and wish them future success.

Over time the taste of their food at the building isn’t tasty. The cabbage was like mashed potatoes. The lady says she’s been working there for over 10 years; negative attitude Never again! I do enjoy their Truck’s food on Kingshighway & Page!
