Solid local Mexican restaurant. Shrimp taco ($5) was very good. Chicken taco ($2.50) was very dry. Burrito ($9) was solid as well. Only a few tables had sauces on them, so be sure to ask for the sauces. All of the food is prepared fresh, and I had to wait ~8min for mine. 4 tables for sitting outside.

Starting by saying the staff was very friendly and the food was certainly edible but that’s kind of where the praise ends. The food was really mediocre and they gave me chicken when I asked for a steak quesadilla. Also the restaurant wasn’t particularly clean. I just expected much better from them.

Awesome food from a family-run establishment! My husband and I hired Mi Pueblito to cater our wedding last summer – they were very organized and communicative before the wedding, and on the day of, they were prompt, efficient, and made a delicious taco bar! The price was reasonable and the family is super friendly, too. I would highly recommend Mi Pueblito for any and all of your catering needs

I discovered this place on Jan 23, 2023, my wife wanted to try somewhere we haven’t eaten before. I love this place, very authentic Mexican food. You order at the front then the bring your meal out to you. I got the Gorditas meal which includes 4 gorditas for $10.75. Your choice of beef, chicken or steak. Big portions, I barely ate it all. You can buy BBQ beef there by the quart. Definitely worth a try.

For me this is among the best Mexican food in Harrisonburg. We’ve dined-in here, picked up, and had delivery maybe a dozen times. I’ve always been pleased. Everything we’ve had here has been excellent. The menu is what one would expect for street tacos but their menu is much more extensive than a taco truck. Some of our favorites are tostadas or tacos de lengua or chicharrones, camarones a la diabla, and sopes.

Remarkable. A plain exterior, an equally lack luster interior, and the most authentic Mexican cuisine since my departure from ELA. Even more appealing: Oaxacan entrees rarely found in US restaurants. Service was extraordinary as they made certain they were understood by non-Spanish speakers. I will return often.
