The Mexican restaurants just keep coming. The Mi Pueblo restaurant cartel is spreading out to get their piece of the pie. Their other restaurants are in Sand Springs and the OKC area. I have been to the Sand Springs restaurant and enjoyed it. Both are consistent in quality, flavorful food and good service. This was my first time at Mi Pueblo and it was wonderful. My friends ordered the margarita tower and it was a big success. I did not try it, but the table loved it. The food was incredible as well. Not at all expensive compared to taste and portion size. The staff was incredibly friendly and diligently refilled our drinks and cleared the table. A great first impression.

My 1s visit was good but could use a little improvement. When the hostess shows you to your table or booth, she is a good 15-20 steps ahead of you. I am legally blind and walk a little slower than that. In my opinion, she should stay with the party until arriving at the table with them.
