Thank goodness we found some legit tacos in the Olympia area!! After relocating here from cities with amazing Mexican options, we’ve been on the hunt. The birria tacos from Mi Pueblo were really solid. Good portions, good sauces, excellent consommé, and really friendly folks.

Ordered a Torta and it came soaked and falling apart. I asked specifically if there was tomato they said no, came with an incredible amount of tomato’s. Meat was flavorless and hard to chew. Not a great food truck.

Ordered the beef tongue tacos like it said on their menu. Got ground beef instead, which tasted rather bland even with hot sauce Wait time was kind of long as well. Probably better going down the road to the other taco truck instead.

Bad vegetarian options. The veggie burrito is literally frozen Asian stir fry from Costco wrapped in a tortilla. I will not be returning.
