The restaurant was busy yet the service was still excellent. This time we had Chicken en Mole and Beef Fajitas. And, of course, two Margaritas on ice. Someday I will choose a different beverage! It was all delicious and filling. A perfect stop after enjoying one of the lakes in Pend Oreille County.

I walked in and felt like I was in Mexico, which is a compliment. The rice, beans, chips and salsa were good. However, it quickly went downhill from there. The wait staff was friendly, but slowwww. The food was some of the worst I ever had. I asked if the Mole was homemade or out of a jar, and I was reassured it was homemade. It tasted like jiffy creamy peanut butter, Hersey chocolate syrup, and a chile blended together. I would recommend using Donna Maria’s jar mole it would have been better. I choked it down. Those that went with me had an enchilada and tamale, with some weird sauce over them that was unpleasant. Canned enchilada sauce, no matter how sad that would have been, would have tasted better. I think with a little guidance, the food could be good, but honestly I could not recommend it.

Loved this Mexican restaurant! There are a lot more vegetarian options than most Mexican restaurants I have been to and I have been to many across the country. Specifically the vegetarian tamale is amazing! I also recommend the churro plate for desert. There is lots of seating nice bathrooms. I would recommend this place for big or small groups. If you haven’t been you should try it out!

The food was good but it took an extremely long time to get it and they weren’t busy. Very unfriendly staff especially Mailyn. Usually go to MI Pueblo in Bonners Ferry where we love the atmosphere, food, and especially the staff Armondo and Matt. So, we won’t go to another location from now on.

I swept up my lady and took her here. Nice little hole in the wall place. We were seated and given menus to dive into, basket of chips and salsa as per usual. Wait time for the waiter was a little long, waiter approaches. I begin to order………..lol just kidding…… you let the lady order first. She orders I order food comes and is delectable. However drink order arrives. I got the Pina colada. It was…………I’ve already forgotten what we were talking about. Lol it was bad. Anyway we eat , I go to pay and ended up waiting at the cash register idk a good 10 minutes, paid, took my stargazer and skipped off into the night.

We always enjoy our meals here. I usually enjoy the Carne Asada. We leave full, or with leftovers. Mi Pueblo is the place we bring visiting family to for a dine-out experience.

I’ll lead with the staff; they were great, the perfect level of attentiveness. The dining room was clean and comfortable. You’ll find the regular variety of foods.

I felt like the food was thrown on the plate. But the food was just ok. Too much lettuce. I realize the price of food has gone up, making the prices on the menu go up, but that is not an excuse to not offer quality food for the price charged.
