Disappointed does not bigger to describe this. I tried to give this place a second chance especially with their long wait times for two pupusas. Knowing that in the past their eta was 30 minutes, I decided to call ahead over the phone they said 25 minutes. 30 minutes pass I get there and my two pupusas had even been started. I wait the new wait time of 10 minutes and the worker tells me they still hadn’t started the order. I took my loss time and went somewhere else to eat. It shouldn’t take an hour for two pupusas.

Bad service. We waited for 1hr and 20 minutes after we ordered our food people before us still hadn’t got their food when we see the waitress taking food out to a back table so they hadn’t even started on the table before us food. She should’ve mentioned it and I would’ve left no problem, mind you I had my 2 yr old and my 8 month old.

Food tastes great and prices are good. I’ve been here several times. They do take a while to bring out your food once you order though. Service is ok but there is one waitress there that is rude. The others are friendly.

The costumer service is horrible. I have been going to this place for over 2 years I never liked the costumer service because the waitress are too rude, I opted to order my food to go, I ordered 2 seafood soup and when I told them the soup smelled bad like rotten fish they said that they could not change it nor give me my money back, when I told them i wanted to talk to the owner they told me they will give me my money back but me and my family could never visit that place again! What kind of costumer service is this? So u are supposed to eat a bad soup and not complaint about it? Of course I’m not returning to this place, I gave them their soups back and they gave me my money back after they threatened not to come back to the restaurant again.
