Love sabor boricua! Every time we see the truck we have to stop by, the people are friendly and the food is 5 stars. They are so good that I asked them to cater for my wedding! When I called they were very professional, had great suggestions and knew exactly how much food was enough for the wedding party. The guest were amazed at the flavor and I was one happy bride! They delivered and set up everything on time. I can not recommend enough, Thank you to the sabor boricua family!

The food is good but unable to follow where they will be at. Past few weekends it’s like a ghost hunt. Today I called and they’re already closed . Last week was worst. Not even open on a Saturday. Last guy that left a review said the alcapurrias were good on Thursday. How’s that even possible if they were closed. This is why PR restaurants don’t survive and really don’t have any in Paterson. I’d rather drive to Newark or NY. At least we have SOME THERE. What a shame.

Best Puerto Rican food you will find . I’ve gone to many different places and none of them top this truck ! This a Must try !! They have acapurias , bacalaito, TRIPELTA Sandwich and much much more . Bigger menu than any food truck I’ve been to aswell . Keep doing your thing guys !!

I finally got the chance to stop and try the food from this food truck I ordered 2 chicken empanadas and one stuffed potato. The stuffed potatoes could have used a little more flavor however my daughter did enjoy the empanadas, The outside of the empanada was crispy just like my grandfather use to make it. I’m planning on going back and ordering rice and pasteles! Anything Boricua I support ! Boricuas are hustlers And this truck will survive ! Boricua 4 Eva!
