Wow! Mi Solecito catered our company lunch for Cinco de Mayo and as usual they outdid themselves. The food was amazing – the brisket tacos and asada quesadillas were a hit, not only for our employees but our customers loved them too! If you are looking for a food truck for an event, Mi Solecito is a MUST. Adan is very accommodating and professional and the food is delectable! If you haven’t tried Mi Solecito you need to!

We had them cater a party for us and could not be more satisfied. The experience was exactly what we had hoped for and the food was excellent. I cannot more highly recommend the chicken enchiladas. The owners are wonderful people. The food is great. And seriously, having a taco truck at a party… Can’t get better than that!

Food was so good. We had the sopes and brisket tacos and both were equally delicious. Can’t wait to go back on the day they have mole. The watermelon and pineapple waters were the best too! All for such a great price.

Mi Solecito catered our teacher appreciation lunch and everyone loved it. The tacos are amazing and you will be left craving them over and over. Their specialty strawberry horchata was given many compliments from the staff. They set the whole thing up and cleaned up too. More than enough food for everyone and the service was excellent! Thank you for helping us serve our teachers to show them our appreciation.

We have heard about Mi Solecito from neighbors and co-workers and finally walked over and we are so glad we did. My husband isn’t a huge Taco eater and he LOVED these. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. It was like going to a big family dinner. We are only sad we didn’t go sooner! The brisket tacos are even safe for the gluten free eaters in our family!
