We were back at Mi Sushi and it was fabulous. We decided to be adventurous and have our waitress and sushi chef pick out our sushi rolls. They asked us a few questions as to what we like – lobster, shrimp, eel, etc.. and they went to work. They came back with some amazing rolls. Our new favorite is the Lobster Tempura Cone (see pic). Big chunks of lobster rolled with fresh veggies, rice and seaweed fried with a spicy Asian sauce on top. We also had grilled mussels, Shrimp Tempura roll, Calamari with Salmon Roll and a couple other rolls. They were beautifully presented, like works of art. And the taste made me feel sorry that I was getting full. Just a remarkable sushi and dining experience!

We just had the best sushi and Korean fried chicken for dinner!!! The owners of Blue Fin just took over Mi Sushi in Fort Collins with a new menu. The sushi prepared by Chef James is the best in town. They use quality fresh ingredients and real sushi rice (which I totally appreciate). The Korean Fried Chicken is crispy on the outside tender and juicy inside. Perfectly cooked and tossed in a sweet and mildly spiced sauce. I highly recommend it. P.S. Ask for the Plum Wine cocktail…the best!!

Since changing owners, this is now our family’s favorite sushi place. Locally owned by a wonderful couple – husband is the chef and wife is the waitress. Mira, the waitress, is always attentive and has an upbeat and positive personality. The sushi is fresh and delicious. They take requests for special orders with a smile, they are so kind to us. I wish I could give them 10 stars!

My partner and I love sushi. We have had a terrible time finding a place we liked in fort Collins but we found it!! It’s this place! Fresh rice! Fresh ingredients! Nothing was cold, or cooked ahead. The staff is so friendly, there is a sushi bar when you walk in. The atmosphere is so cozy! 10/10!!

Easily 5 stars! I haven’t even left and I had to write a review. Everyone here is so kind and helpful. A very welcoming atmosphere. Amazing sushi! Fresh and delicious. Not super expensive! As a college student I’m able to indulge :). The lady who helped us just had to be the sweetest woman I’ve ever met. Amazing food and staff.
