Great place, authentic food and service. Clean and nice inside, outside is a little beat up, but does give you an authentic feeling. The inside could use a little music or something, was just a little stale. Overall solid and authentic small town Mexican restaurant.

There were only two tables with people in them when we got there. Took 10 minutes to get chips and drinks. A family got there 15 minutes after us but got their food 30 minutes before us. Service was very slow and the soda was flat. Nothing special. Idk if the good outweighs the bad.

A lovely place with a good variety of options on the menu. The salsa had a good amount of cilantro in it and was quite delicious. I got the taco salad fajita with chicken, which had a nice creamy cheese sauce and what seemed to be a fried in-house shell.

This was my first time trying this restaurant and it was the best mexican i have ever had. The margaritas are fantastic and the steak fajitas are a must order. Will definitely go back once were in Iowa again.
