I love this Miami Grill location! The customer service is the best. Latisha is so kind, patient, and friendly! I’m coming back just to see her lol. I also had an amazing experience with Chris. It was late and they were about to close but he was so accommodating! I wish more fast food restaurants had the kind of customer service I experienced at Miami Grill #283. Plus, the food is so good! A few months ago I had gone thru the drive thru. It was late and rainy. When I returned home my order was incorrect. They had given me a half a sub instead of the whole one I had ordered. I went all the way back in the rain to fix the issue. The manager gave me a card to discount my next order as a courtesy. It’s been a few months , I came back and found that the new owner won’t honor. Very disappointed that customer is unimportant. Will never return on principle!

The food is always great. However, I originally asked for one 5 BBQ wing combo with fries and another 5 Mango Habanero wing combo with fries. The kind lady explained that they are out of Mango Habanero which is totally fine. I told her ok I’m going to look for something different on the menu. Due to a language barrier she didn’t understand what I was saying. I asked for a fish and chips with a coke. I get to the window and she said “5 nuggets and a fish and chips $24.” I told her it shouldn’t be nuggets it should be BBQ wings. She fixed it, then told me my new total of $10. She removed my fish and chips. In the end we ended up with naked wings. I have zero issues with individuals who’s first language isn’t English working at restaurants or anywhere else for that matter. But maybe let’s not put them in the drive-thru. She was clearly stressed while working so I didn’t make it any harder and just accepted the food. She was very nice though so I wish her all the best.

The of the food in each establishment. The online prices are different when in the actual restaurant. Ion this particular night I was charged 20 for wings but the price on the menu indicated 14:99. When I questioned the price the associate said the prices are incorrect (not updated) and they would be charged Tomorrow. I was offended and felt taken advantage of BUT I WAS STARVING and it was late so I paid the premium dollars for baby chicken wings and hot fires. I definitely was going to take the time to write a review because it’s a PROBLEM!!!!!! Do BETTER MIAMI SUBS AND GRILL!!

My wife and I ordered two Krispy chicken sandwiches and a large order of fries. We were the first car in the drive-thru line, but it still took over 11 minutes to get our food. We were disappointed when we opened the bag and saw such a small container holding the “large order” of fries. Once we got home, we were even more disappointed to see two sad looking chicken sandwiches. This is the second time that I’ve tried this location, and I’ve regretted it both times. We ate the fries and sandwiches because we were hungry, but I remember when this franchise use to be great. I’m sad to see that the standards have gone down so far. I don’t think I’ll be back.
