I placed a $50 order with 10 honey hot wing, cheese burger and 3 piece catfish fillet! Everything was over cooked. I am under the weather and had my nephew to go get the food for me.. Since I am as unable to return it I called to make a formal complaint. The young lady said sorry about that and hung up! This is not the way you do business. I wasn’t expecting anything but for my unsatisfactory of my $50 at lease she could’ve offered something… heck she could’ve said a free soda for all of the matter!!! But completely dissatisfied with my order! I will not return! NoCo just doesn’t have any place to get quality food! Just sad!!!

The only problem I ever have with this place is the drive-thru situation. Especially when you purposely order inside for a carry out but then you are told to go through the drive-thru to pick up and then to add insult to injury after you spend a ridiculous amount of time

This place use to be a four star, now they are a two for service. Twenty mins turn into an hour wait in the drive thru for a order that was called in. If you close at 2 am then doors should close at 2 and not before then.
