Yesterday we ordered a catfish filet plate and a catfish nugget plate. My husband picks up but what I got for for my filet plate was some form of crusts that had been cooked so hard there was no sign of fish inside (ugh). I called to let them know that wasn’t what I ordered. I was told what I received the wrong order the order I had gotten was jack fish. My husband returned with catfish filet. I don’t know what has happen up there but the quality has hit rock bottom. I use to look forward to having their fish but never again will they get my money. I would suggest you find someplace else to spend yours.

Food wasn’t good. They have the audacity to ask you for extra money for cheese fries or honey hot sauce and don’t put it on there. I will never be going back. Go to shark and deli instead for better food and customer service

They only get a 3 because of the food being Good. The service although is Horrible! 1st& last time I’m ever going here. I placed an order instore look at both the Wall& Paper Menu and the Price for a particular item is the same. Upon payment I noticed that there was at least a $4 charge that I didn’t understand why it was so. I politely waited for my food to finish cooking then asked the Employee who took my order if both Menu prices were correct. He sad Yes, then I asked him about the $4 he typed in a different price I replied that is why I asked if the sign were correct in the 1st place. He replied well ok now it is… I smiled took my food and walked away NEVER TO RETURN.

My last visit may have been today…Ordered 2 Ribeye steaks dinner and 6 wing combo. Steaks were rubbery, couldn’t pull meat apart nor cut with a knife. I’m guessing wings were cool because my daughter ate her whole meal while parents look stupid. Called with issue but of course you are not going to get a refund, just a order replacement. STL food is turning trash

Food is cool. But they seem to have inconsistent pricing. They charge more than what their sign displays and they round up. When I questioned the price, the cashier actually used the register to calculate the correct price.

I Ordered a large order of their wings for a party and was very pleased with the quantity as well as the quality food . The gentleman that took my order called when my order was ready and was very kind to have kept the wings nice and warm even though I was a few minutes late picking them up. He was very understanding and was pleasant .I will recommend this location and will be returning! BEST CHICKEN!!
