Recommend by a friend, service was good, it was 8 of us and they where accommodating, no reservation needed.The restaurant environment was very clean & presentable, the Ac was extremely high so it was really cold we had to ask for it to be adjusted. Was disappointed that they didn’t have all the menu items available apparently there switching it… I give the food a 3 bc The meat had barley any seasoning. The guacamole was good. I wouldn’t go back.

In general I think is a nice atmosphere and the service was very good too. We order tacos al pastor and enchiladas suizas. Both were good taste! The Margaritas are huge and with good amount of alcohol. I’d recommended!

Went here for my birthday on a weeknight. Felt like an authentic Mexican vibe inside (it was humid or we would have sat outside). Good margaritas, great fajitas. Their tortilla chips are better than most restaurants. Good service too. Got to wear the sombrero and a free dessert!

I don’t normally like Mexican food but this was delicious. There is seating inside and out. The sangria was perfect as was the Pina colada. The servers were attentive and informative. I got the quessidia with grilled chicken, yummy. Also purchased burrito, tacos, and Mahi Mahi tacos. Everyone raved about their meal. Salsa and chips started us off.

I really enjoyed the food, and having a margarita on the patio on a beautiful day can’t be beat. However, be careful about ordering a margarita on “margarita Monday”. We specifically went there for the 6 dollar margaritas, which were advertised on the website. The server asked what we wanted and so I ordered a margarita. They didn’t mention anything about margarita Monday, or which kind of size I wanted or anything. The bill comes and I see that I was charged full price, so I ask about it. The employee tells me that there is a different size for the Monday special, and that I got the normal full size. Ok, so how was I supposed to know that!?!? Is it even a “special” to charge you half price for a half size margarita!?!? Anyways, I really think the staff should make sure to inform customers of this policy when they are seated or at the very least when a margarita is ordered. It seems to me that this must happen a lot, and it’s a shame that I was left with bad feelings for Mia’s when the rest of the experience was so pleasant.

Really great and authentic Mexican food! The tacos de camarones crujientes is my favorite (best shrimp tacos in the Chicago area) and their frozen margaritas are also amazing. Fun decor and great music. Our waitress was kind and attentive. I travel over an hour just come and eat here!

Stopped for quick lunch, nice corner place with beautiful outdoor space. Only thing we didn’t like are the chair and table, which were very cheap and rough and made things harder. Server was very proffessional and polite, food came out quickly with good presentation. Tacos were amazing, rice could be a little better, less moist I’d say… Carnitas was also a good choice, will be back for more stuff, indoor is even more beautiful and colorful.
