0.5 went in to check the place out ordered two plane pizzas. The pizza was horrendous paper thin. The cheese was poor quality and just was hanging onto the pizza for dear life. Now moving onto the sauce, horrible texture left a metallic taste in my mouth as if it were out of a can. Overall horrible pizza and pice point was also high for such a sad slice I usually love pizza but today it’s a pass.

Absolutely horrible service. would not recommend it. ordered some food. was told it out be about 30 minutes. this place is only 5 minutes away from my house. long story short, i received my order 2 hrs later, cold. only reason we accepted the delivery is because my wife was starving. had to heat the pizza in our oven.

Yeah I think they must’ve changed owners or something cause the past 2 times I’ve ordered from them was actually ridiculously bad. Both food & price. Just yesterday I ordered a salad & 5 wings & paid exactly $30. The salad was old lettuce(brown, soggy & warm), the chicken was grey like it was out for days. The wings were just terrible & they didn’t even put the Buffalo sauce. They put it on the side. & it didn’t matter because both tasted terrible. The blue cheese had to be a joke because it was CHUNKS of cheese. & it tasted SOUR !! Before that I ordered a beef patty & it was BURNT LIKE CHARCOAL there was no way of biting into it. Sad because I used to ALWAYS go to them before work. But yeah I won’t be wasting my dollars there anymore. GINOS ON UNIONDALE AVE IS WHERE ITS AT YALL!!! GOOD FOOD & VALID PRICES !!

Honestly I actually use to enjoy eating from here . The last several times I got my same order I always get shrimp Alfredo penne I had multiple incidents , piece of metal in my food called about it , hair in my food called about it , being overcharged called about it to let them know make them aware not even to ask for my money back didn’t even get offered a new meal and I still supported them , just attempted to order my usual and of course I ask for the price since I’ve been getting charged sometime 30 bucks for my once 18 bucks meal and I know it’s not delivery . I got a free soda when offered something free just because it wasn’t about that and I like the food and just want them to be more mindful . Spoke to a Lilian she said she was the manager . What a joke is all I’ll say , won’t get my money anymore and I always tip . SMH get two stars because the food isn’t bad

Been coming here for decades. Change in ownership recently & this place has gone beyond disgusting. Sauce is just red sodium, Buffalo chicken is canned chicken. Stay away from here they don’t wash there hands after throwing out the trash or taking cash, then make your food. They cant even cut a pie right either.
