Used to come here all the time growing up with my pop, we both would order the pizza buffet, really wish y’all could bring that back, for 9.99 that deal was so awesome. Still my favorite place to eat pizza in Wilmington haven’t been in a while but this place will always have a place in my heart.

I am finally getting around to writing a review for this awesome place. Every time I say I’m going to do it, I forget to take some pictures, I usually get home and forget and then I remember after I’ve devoured the veggie Stromboli! Since moving to Wilmington almost 10 years now, I frequently go here at least 4 times a month, it’s always perfect every time. I always get light cheese and sometimes it is a bit more than light, but mostly it’s perfect. I get the same thing every time and every time it’s magical! The price is right, the service is prefect and these guys are just the coolest! If you have not been here, you should, now I can only speak of the one here on Eastwood, but I’m sure all the locations are good, but this review is for this store only. I think these guys would appreciate my album, “Unclassified.” I’m thinking for them, “Time” the instrumental, it’s like cool jazz, like purple, like being there, you dig? Thanks guys for some great food!

I picked up a plain pizza. When I got home 5 minutes later and we ate the pizza it was cold and hard like when I go for a slice 2 hours after it has been sitting out. I drove back and let them know I was not happy. They said the pizza was fresh and cooked to order. They did not offer to help in any way. I’m not happy with the experience. I would have asked the customer how I could fix the issue or make them happy.

I was online attempting to order before I found out this location doesn’t accept online orders. I called to place an order and Sarah was very unpleasant, short, and dismissive. She gave me the price for the pizza which is higher than the price on their online menu. Sarah explained that prices increased, however the website wasn’t updated. She cut me off mid sentence and asked did I still want to keep the order. I quickly told her no because the lack of professionalism and customer service skills weren’t acceptable. I’m not spending another penny at this location. The inside could use a renovation. I called the monkey junction location and prices are the same as online menu and the employees were much more inviting. Monkey Junction is not affiliated with Racine Dr and their pizza is much better.

Great local pizza pace that everyone at UNCW survives on!! Wonderful food and they even sell by the slice, which BTW are HUGE slices akin to half a pizza, so beware. Their slices can easily feed 2 people!! I especially love the wings there. They also sell sandwiches and pasta dishes so something for everyone!! You get your money’s worth and a fun local atmosphere!!

Literally my favorite steak and cheese in Wilmington, but after witnessing an employee’s actions today (black top cook), I will never eat there again. One of the most unsanitary actions I’ve ever seen at a restaurant.
