Our first experience was not good, but we always try to give it a second try. Glad we did, because we’ve now ordered from them a few times. Each time the food and delivery have been awesome! We supporting small businesses. My only complaint this last time we ordered is the steak sandwich had nothing on it, even though I asked for certain items on it. It still was yummy! I have problems with my esophagus, so I need ketchup, etc, on my sandwiches. We’ll be ordering again soon!

This was my first time there, and I guarantee I’ll be back. FINALLY… A delicious pizza with CRISPY crust!! It actually crunched when I bit into it. Very happy. Nice little place to eat fantastic pizza. The owner who also was our waiter, was a very nice man who advised me to to come back when the bar was open. I will!

Wife and I would get pizza from here with no issue for many years. Picked up a pizza tonight and found hair baked into the cheese. Called Michelangelo’s and asked to speak to a manager to inform them. Once the manager got on the phone, I specifically told them that I wasn’t looking to get anything, just wanted to let them know that we found hair in our pizza. Thought maybe they would let their staff know that hair was found in pizza and to be mindful. I was told, “sometimes it’s on our clothes….I don’t know what you want…”. I replied,” I just wanted to let you guys know, in case you wanted to cover with staff”. I was greeted with a “Thanks” and then was promptly hung up on. Very taken aback and don’t think my family will be ordering from here again. We all make mistakes, but the response was very shocking.

This is my favorite Pizza place in Wisconsin. I’m from the South Side of Chicago and come up for the weekends and tried several different pizza places around my area and have found that this place is the best pizza/food in the area.

It’s National Pizza Day this weekend and we celebrated early tonight. Michaelangelo’s appeared to have the best ratings for a local pizza that we hadn’t yet tried. 5-stars from both of us! We loved the traditional sauce, the flaky thin crust and the amount of toppings – especially the cheese, were plentiful. I ordered an 11-inch Michaelangelo’s Special and he ordered an 11-inch BBQ chicken. We both had leftovers. A couple things to note, the mushrooms are canned (and big. and plentiful. and delicious) and the BBQ sauce is not very bold/tangy (but still a very flavorful mild). Delivery is to Franklin-only at a $3 fee. Pizza arrived at the start of the window they gave us (45 minutes- an hour) and both the employees, the one that took our order over the phone and the delivery driver were professional and courteous. Can’t wait to try again!

The pizza is very good! You wait quite long to get your order but, it is very worth the wait! I order the gluten-free w/o cheese, with sausage green peppers & pineapple. My husband orders traditional pizza with sausage, mushrooms and onions. We really enjoy it and tend to overeat.
