The service was great. That was the best part of my family’s experience. The slices were extra large, so buying by the slice made the most sense. The pizza topping options were limited unless you wanted them to cook a whole new pizza. We didn’t want to pay for that. So we selected what they had pre-made. It took about ten minutes or so to get our pizza, and sadly, we were not impressed. The slices were super thin, had very little cheese and meat, and were not too filling. The flavor was okay, I’ll give it that. The worst part by far was the loud screamo music they had playing in the restaurant. We have young children and some of the words being screamed over the speakers was not something we wanted our children exposed to. I understand this is a personal preference, but it was much too loud and not the best genre choice for a meal setting, in my opinion. We do not plan on going back. If the pizza were better, it might be worth take-out. But it just wasn’t good enough for that.

Generally do not have any issues with this company but I called in to complain about the pizza being so cold we actually had to put it in the oven and reheat it to try an enjoy it. We did delivery, was 30 minutes longer than quoted. Pricing did not match up with website. Called to speak to a manager, he would not speak with me but was offered free desserts. I was not interested. As a local I understand tourism can put a strain on the local restaurants but it’s mid-April and I don’t really see any excuse for this disappointment. Nothing worse than calling a company and wanting to simply express your disappointment and the manager refuses to speak to you. You lost us Michelangelo’s. Plenty of other reputable pizza joints in the area and if you are reading this I would recommend to try them as opposed to this one.

It was our first time going here. The pizza was pretty good, my wife liked the sub but it was kind of bland. The wings were plain bland chicken served in hot sauce.

New to the area, I ordered from national franchises here. This pizza is very good, better than the national franchises. Easy to order and the selection was very nice. Will be back

Ordered delivery while on vacation, they delivered the wrong order and acted as if this was our fault. Charged me 36 for the wrong pizza and then 20 dollars for the missing pizza. Had to drive to the restaurant to get our order after delivery was wrong. Rude employee and refused to take accountability for their mistake.

This place goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service. We were staying at the beach last week out of town and had dinner here on our last day. My 13 year old son lost his wallet, come to find out it was left here. They went out of their way to contact me and MAIL me my sons wallet with all of his money in it. Thanks!!!!

Box was terribly wet when it was delivered. I wasn’t sure why, but when I opened it I found out why. Everything slopped everywhere and toppings we’re not even on the pizza but in the corner. Will not try this again.
