I arrived 5 minutes after I was told my order would be done. When I arrived and waited more than a few minutes, I said excuse me, I ordered 4 pizza’s to be picked up. She rudely told me she needed to finish this text 1st. She said it was an order she had to reply to. Then she proceeded to tell me that it would be another 15 minutes for her to complete the order. I replied, ok then I’ll go pick up the ice cream cake and come back. THEN she told me that if anyone comes in she will be fulfilling their order before completing mine. Sure enough I saw someone go in as soon as I was pulling away. 20 minutes later I go back to get my pizza’s and they’re still not done. At this point I’m about an hour from when I was texted my order would be done. She told me someone came in, to which I replied, I can’t believe an order for 1 pizza was more important than 80.00 worth of pizza but she said this was the owners direction. This facility will never get another penny from me. The pizza was less than absolutely not worth the wait, time or effort.

The pizza is great but the service needs vast improvement. There is one lady that works here and has no sense of priorities when it comes to making, taking orders, and just general customer service. I call in an order, she said 15 minutes, and when I showed up she hadn’t even started it. Half hour to 45 minutes after I ordered it, it was finally done. So people be aware to PRE-PRE-PRE Plan if you call and order.

It was amazing with the previous owners- now the staff is incredibly rude. We ordered a few days ago and the owner was working- our wraps had about 3 pieces of meat and the rest was lettuce.

Oh man, I really dont like leaving negative reviews, but this place really needs to get its act together. I’ve been there over 10 times now, and my pizza has been made correctly maybe half the time. The service is friendly, but it is slooooow and unreliable, which is a shame because the pizza’s themselves are very tasty. I’ve not tried to call ahead so I cant report on that, but if you’re looking to stop in and grab a pizza, be ready to wait.
