A recent delivery was delayed and arrived late. Michael’s made it right, they gave us a credit, brought out another hot fresh pizza and desserts right away, without asking and the next day dropped off a gift certificate! Love your pizza but it’s refreshing to have great customer service, it’s a lost art, kudos to Michael’s and your staff!

A couple days before the visit where I enjoyed the Cream of Crab Soup (pictured, right), ordered the Italian Sausage and Orzo Soup. The Sausage soup was fabulous, meaty, lots of flavor, veggies, and an appropriate amount of zest!

Big, hearty slices and decent pricing. I’ve only stopped in for lunch and pickup but the plain cheese pizza has been consistently hot and delicious. They have a large menu for such a small venue, so that’s cool too. Service has been great- very friendly!

This is small, quaint pizza restaurant. Been owned by the current owner in excess 20 years. The front counter was manned by very capable, knowledgeable, and kind persons. Alex, the manager was great too! The food speaks for itself: a couple of soups, pizza has been all I’ve enjoyed, and if this an indication of other dishes to come, I’m looking forward to it!

Nasties pizza I’ve ever had. None of the employees wore gloves. I could easily tell that the pizza oven hadn’t been cleaned in a looooong time. Very rude to me and to each other it seems. And took an excessive amount of time to receive my food. I could tell by just glancing at the place that so many health codes were being violated. I advise anyone and everyone to avoid this place at ALL COSTS.

I’m glad this place is here. There isn’t much to choose from in downtown Hereford. It’s a great place to get a quick pizza or a steak and cheese sub with a soda.

The absolute best pizza. Been buying pizza here for years … Most underrated pizza joint in Maryland. Not sure why they are not five star rated. They make the best !!! 10/10 highly recommend. You will not get better pizza in my opinion …
