I had the brisket omelet with jalapeño cheese! It was great! First time here and one the best breakfast places I’ve ever been too! Real fast all day! Owner is a hunter and has many mounted animals throughout!

Country style breakfast at it’s finest. HUGE pancakes! Love the blueberry ones. Kind of wish they used fresh berries for the strawberry ones too. Frozen strawberries are too watery. But just order the strawberries on the side, and not on top of the pancakes, and problem solved. Also, ordering a scoop of vanilla ice cream with the strawberry pancakes, and you’ve got breakfast and dessert all rolled up into one. His eggs benedict is first rate. I always order it with soft poached eggs though, because if I don’t, it may not come that way. Gotta have that yolk come running out. Hollandaise is fresh, homemade and delicious. I always order a side of his homemade hash with it. Extremely high flavor, with a hint of spice. I would love to make it myself if I knew the recipe. Yes, it’s THAT GOOD! Also, when buying a breakfast order that comes with toast. Skip the regular toast, and pay just a little extra for the homemade toast. It’s thicker sliced, and you can taste that it was baked in house. I always get the blueberry or the apple cinnamon raisin swirl. It’s worth the extra money. Personally, I don’t know why he just doesn’t make all of his bread from scratch. I would love to see that for his sandwiches. Make white, whole wheat, marble rye, maybe some hearty oatmeal, or a nice multigrain with sunflower seeds. Finally, I would love in the summertime, to see a nice lobster salad roll on a buttered grilled top split hot dog roll, with some crisp iceberg lettuce or maybe some delicate butter lettuce, and also a “Maine Benedict.” Which would be sautéed buttered lobster meat, with soft poached eggs, Hollandaise, on puff pastry cups, with a little fresh dill and chive. Just a few suggestions. I’d be dining even more.

I’d have posted a photo of my breakfast, but I’m sure you know what empty plates look like.

You can always count on having a good meal here. The steak and cheese omelette was delicious with plenty left over to take home.

The food wa great, the ambience is very unique and feel like one is taken back to the times when we hunt and gathered because of all the real stuffed animals everywhere.

Met a friend for breakfast at 8am. Immediately sat down and served hot coffee. The staff was friendly and attentive. The food was absolutely delicious and fresh. And the atmosphere was great, reminds me of a place you’d find in NH without going that far north. Can’t wait to go back.

The place was cute and charming, servers were great. Food was good except their pancakes. I have to say the pancakes were terrible. The French toast and everything else was good though.

Every time we go there it’s always a good experience ! Excellent food, people, etc! Had the French dip today and a brisket panini , both were excellent ! Part of going out is to experience nice service and of course, good value for your money ! You get both of those at Michael’s Bridge Diner! The menu is always enormous, full of good looking daily specials!
