Been coming here for years and it was great. We noticed last year the quality was declining but we still liked to support local. Tonight we ordered 4 large pizza for pickup. Placed the order at 4:30 for pickup at 5:40. The order wasn’t even started and when I asked about it, It was shrugged off. They didn’t care at all that they made us late to an event. I’ll not be back.

I placed an order on the website and received an email with delivery confirmation for 7:22pm. At 7:40 I called. I was on hold until I finally got a human. A young woman answered. I gave her my order number and she put me on hold so she could check. After about 15 minutes I used my husband’s phone to call. She answered immediately. I told her I was on hold still, she blamed someone in the back, it was her. I called her on it. She said it would be at least another 45 minutes.

Polite and friendly staff. It’s not overly busy or crowded. When we went there wasn’t anyone else there at all. It’s relatively cleaner than most other establishments. The food is spectacular. They bring it to the table basically piping hot or cold depending on what you get that’s supposed to be hot or cold. The side caesar salad is plain but no so much that it’s boring. It was delicious. Whatever you come for, it is certainly worth it. It’s certainly a hidden gem. Better than any of the large “pizza” chains.
