Mikey’s Family Crabhouse is a go-to destination for seafood enthusiasts, offering a wide variety of crab dishes and other tasty options. Ok, it’s off a busy road so my expectations were low but what a find! After a day at Bethany, we wanted some fresh seafood and this place had exactly that. We were seated immediately outside without a reservation at 7pm on a Thursday (other places nearby had 30 minute waits). We were salty and sandy from the beach but place is super casual so we fit right in. There was live music, too loud when we first arrived but after a break and by the time the food arrived, much better. We had steamed clams, pick and peel shrimp medium, oysters, crab cakes, salad and corn, all of it perfect, fresh and probably the best crab cakes I’ve had in awhile. They do have all you can eat Maryland crabs but we didn’t have time but most were eating that and the crabs looked big for all you can eat and the table next to us said they were really good. Long queues at the bathroom as there’s only 2 and pitchers of beer are popular and that would be my only complaint especially when you have children but a great find and will definitely be back to eat crabs. And service was fantastic. Young kids as it typically is in the summer but quick, friendly and truly looking like they enjoyed working there. Quick table clean up too. Thank you Mickey’s! My family and I had a fantastic seafood meal at Bethany 🙂

Came here with a big crowd of friends and family and we had a wonderful time! The seafood were super delicious and fresh and cooked to perfection. The staff were pretty attentive although the hostess was on her phone so she didn’t know we were standing in front of her. Definitely coming here again for some delicious and juicy crabs. They have a ton of specials and even a AYCE crab special.

Wow that would be The best description for a great place for all You can eat crab legs. The food was fantastic, including the fried chicken. The way it was served was on a big piece of paper on the table. No plates, no utensils dig in. I think it is called a Southern boil. There was no shortage of crab legs that just kept coming. It is a down-to-earth restaurant, no, judging. Just dig in and enjoy. The only suggestion would be to call before going. Because sometimes they run out of crab legs.

Great little spot that offers all you can eat snow crab legs, and crab for reasonable pricing! You can also do a combination of both for a little more $. Their fried chicken (included in the all you can eat option) was delicious, and so was the sweet corn. We really enjoyed their hush puppies. Highly recommended family location!

Best crabs ever! We come here all the time on vacation as does the rest of our family. The crabs are the best. I recommend calling right at 3:00 to reserve the largest crabs or you won’t get them! Service is great as well. The steamed shrimp is also a must have as are the orange crushes, clam strips and crab cakes. Highly recommend stopping at Mickey’s while you’re in Bethany!

During our stay in Delaware, we’ve learned this restaurant has been around for 33 years. It’s located right next door to our hotel, Hotel Bethany Beach. Kim & Dan are so kind. This place is very family friendly. Food is AMAZING!! We ordered Oysters Chesapeake for starter and I had Mickey’s Famous Jumbo Lump Crab cake. We would definitely come back here, and highly recommend.
