Only place in town to eat that serves alcohol. Fill up with gas on one end, park go inside to get something to eat inside and watch the games, eat outside on the patio or get something to go to eat at home. Go through the convenience store part to get any other items you may need to go ( beer, soft drinks, snacks, etc ).

Ordered a $15 12 inch buffalo chicken pizza. They asked me if I wanted onions and peppers on the pizza and I told them only on half….. the pizza had no onion or peppers so I called and told them. They wanted me to bring the pizza back so they could remake it! I live in Dobson 20 mins away. My husband picked up the pizza on his way home from work. It wouldn’t be worth the time or gas to come back up there! They said they had to see the pizza per owners policy! I told them I could take picture but they said that would not work either and offered me a 15% discount off my next order!!! This policy is completely absurd!!!!!

Ordered a BBQ chicken pizza with no green peppers for delivery. Pizza arrives covered in green peppers. Restaurant wanted me to bring the pizza in to replace it or 10% off next purchase. Clerk said it was owner’s policy.

I’m being considerate with a 2-star review because they still deliver. I do wonder how much longer that will last. They recently closed down for several weeks over the holidays and opened back up in January. I really thought that with the cutting down of the trees out front and the temporary shutdown that they may be doing a big cleaning, maybe a menu revamp with even more options, etc. Oh no, not at all. Instead, they chopped about half of the menu off completely and continue to discontinue popular items, like their homemade chips and buffalo chips, and increased their prices, while keeping the same quality and speed. It’s the only place I know of here that delivers and that helps us in the boonies not have to drive to Elkin or Winston if we want a quick meal, but they charge you through the nose for it. I ordered a med pizza, some cheese bread, cheese sticks, and hush puppies, and with the $5 delivery fee and $4 tip, it was $48.24. The same food in December would’ve been closer to $35. Still high, but worth not driving sick or having a special treat. The website also doesn’t allow you to order drinks and do not call them to place an order at a busy time of day. That’s common sense, but don’t do it. If the owners were smart, they’d realize just how much potential their place has and advertise the delivery aspect and online ordering on their marquee out front and bring back a good selection and lower prices. Now is a great opportunity for other small restaurants in the area to start delivery service and steal their business away.

One of the few close places to grab a bite to eat when I visit family in the area, especially after dark. I’ve only tried their pizza and Stromboli which were both pretty good although the Stromboli dough was tough. Leaving 4 stars because they have messed up the toppings every time we’ve ordered (like adding banana peppers instead of green peppers)

Do not believe the prices on their menu they charge what they won’t. Do you tell them I said acidic heat on your wings and they make it anyway they won’t do very overpriced and I’m friendly staff.

I have been going here for years with my family and getting food to bring home, such good food! But for the past few years we have cut back going to rare because of the poor attitudes you get when you walk in the door. Rude, not occasionally. But every single time from the moment you walk in the door. And they had messed up on our food order more than once, missing food. It’s true you never know what others are going through…….but it seems more like an attitude problem in general to me here. Hope it gets better.
