Well, the entire menu is halal and no alcohol is served. That makes this place perfect. However, the food quantity is not proportional to the price. In addition, the shawarma and kofta taste are okay. The description in the menu is not accurate and you can’t figure out what comes in the plate until you have it. The food is served in boxes although we dined in. I don’t prefer to eat in takeaway boxes if I dine in. The staff were very kind and welcoming. The bathroom is okay and clean.

Middle Eastern Appetite is delicious, absolutely worthwhile. I went in with a big appetite and left full with leftovers. The falafel might be the best I’ve had.

Fast service. We love falafel here. Togo boxes should be perforated for vapors for food to escape. Tastes good but food became little soggy after taking home. Need to concentrate on packaging especially for platters etc.

Almost 8 months pregnant and have been craving falafel, unfortunately they were sold out. My husband and I drove almost an hour just to try this restaurant and we were not disappointed. The food was delicious-especially the rice…I mean the rice was incredible. Adorable little restaurant.

The foods of this place is amazing. It’s so tasty. I have tried some of their items, could find anything to complain. All of those were just awesome. The Fried chicken is the best of bests. I think It’s better than any other restaurants. This place is highly recommended.

Everything about this place is amazing! The employees were very nice and easy to communicate with and the food is to die for! Personally I always order the lamb mendi as it jus melts into your mouth but all the other dishes are amazing as well. Definitely should try this place out.

ZA BEST IN ZA WEST (Michigan). The only place in the area to rival the amazing Shawarma King on Drake Rd, and it comes with extras too! I’m always a Chicken Shawarma with Feta kinda guy, but getting it with the Saj Bread and Fresh Frys (shout out to za belgians) is game changing. Delicious.

They have very good food and their hospitality was nice. Food felt fresh. We really liked their Chicken Tawook and Mandi with rice. Meat was really well cooked. Falafel was soft and delicious. Hummus and baba ganush was okay. I will love to come back again.

Hubby and I was in town for work and found this spot while searching for halal food. Expectations were low since we are 2 hours outside of Dearborn but honestly the food here was better than majority of the Dearborn restaurants! We ordered the mixed platter for 1. Exceptional flavorful halal food at a decent price! Will definitely visit again if ever in town for work.
