As soon as you walk in there is a homemade sign stating you will be automatically charged 15% gratuity on your total bill. After eating here I realized it’s because the service is horrible. Extremely slow and kept delivering wrong order to us and tables around us. Hostess is clueless about customer service. Sushi is average and I will never go back to places that add fees. JUST CHARGE MORE if you think your food is worth it. They know people would turn away if they raised their prices so they stick it to you in the end.

Worst sushi place I’ve ever had. We got charged for small leftovers. The sushi was horrible we got diarrhea . And it was a mandatory tip aswell without asking she charged more then 15% . I’ve never experienced a worst place like this!I go everywhere in valley ,I have my own place in Encino Zeppin which is amazing I wish I went there instead. Disgusting how they treat clients here. She literally was pointing out inside my plate and telling me eat the rice! Who does that?! I felt horrible and ambushed. She didn’t know us and didn’t know we were capable of paying for the leftovers and weather we wanted to eat rice or not!

Everytime i come here i leave full and happy!! Some of their rolls have unique flavors that you either love or dont but all the fish is delish! The only thing i might say is the service kinda makes you feel unwelcome. They stop their service way before their time in their website some times and getting a water refill is a struggle sometimes

A truly underrated spot. Their food is absolutely delicious. We’ve been here 3 times and every time the knock it out of the park. Their sushi is fresh, delicate and exquisite. Their tempura is crispy and a great starter. Lastly their rolls are stellar. Anything with eel or salmon is perfection and the combination of flavors meld so well, its outstanding I don’t hear their name more often. To top it off the service is spectacular. They are attentive and curtious, but also efficient and kind. You honestly can’t go wrong with anything on their menu.

This place was great! I arrived@ 11:40 just after they opened and the place was empty… perfect! Sat at the bar and ordered from the AYCE menu. My sushi guy was great, the Lakers highlights were on, place was quiet, clean, food was great, service was spot-on, and the $25 price tag was well worth it.

I absolutely love this place. It’s small with low lighting and the food is amazing. They have an all you can eat which I believe is from 11am-2pm. The location have a very small parking lot so find meter parking.
