This was our first time going to The Midway. It did not disappoint. The inside was beautifully decorated. The food was amazing! We will be back! My husband and I shared the onion rings. We ordered a half portion, but ended up with a full order. Yum! I had the Midway Cheesesteak with peppers, onions, and mushrooms. It was so good! My husband had the 2/3 pound burger that was delicious as well.

New to the area, Midway had been recommended. Unfortunately it did not live up to the praise. Even though the building is beautiful, very reminiscent of a hunter’s lodge, the food and service were not the best. The service was extremely slow for the amount of customers. We waited nearly 20 minutes for drinks. It was an even longer wait for mediocre food at best. The chicken breast on one sandwich was dry and definitely something you could purchase in the deep freezer section at the grocery store. The Elk burger was ok but nothing special. It was a disappointing experience and I hope they improve because it could be so much more with some effort.

This place is a restaurant and bar. Inside all walls and ceilings are covered in wood knotty pine. They have real stuff bear in the corner and heads of deer and elk on the walls. Waitress was friendly and helped me order a bison burger. It came with homemade thinly sliced potato chips. Both were very good. Service was good and I very much enjoyed eating here.

Place was closed. Last two fellers in their hunting Polaris left as I walked in. Lol. I already love this place. Got two corona from beautiful and friendly bartender and, went home. Read the menu, looked delicious. I will be back. I am intrigued. Huge, cool looking venue. Can’t wait to see it, “open”.

Food wasn’t quite what u expect very low par onion rings had no flavor pizza if u like a saucey cracker type of pizza then it’s ok VERY BEAUTIFUL INSIDE log cabin look and feel with several taxidermy wildlife to admire even has a bar and game tables
