We also offer Gluten free seasoned cauliflower and gluten free broccoli and cheddar crust and gluten free wraps! Made fresh, in front of you, when you order it! Our dough is made fresh daily, our vegetables are chopped in house and our cheese is whole milk mozzarella, shredded daily. It’s what fresh looks like! If you wanted veggies any fresher, you’d have to grow them at home! We also cook it for you at a $2 upcharge per item.

I didn’t know fresh, take home pizza existed until Midway. I got a medium pizza and a salad that was brimming with fresh ingredients. But the most important part was my food was prepared fresh the way I like it! The only issue was the aromatic candle.

I cannot believe that we have never gotten a pizza here before! It was, hands down, the best pizza in a very long time. I asked for thin, crisp crust and that was exactly what we received. The sauce was tasty. Yes, we had to cook it, but since we live 45 mins from everything that works for us. Give them a try. You won’t be disappointed. I think we are going to try a sandwich tomorrow.

Tonight was my first night eating at Midway Pizza. I ordered 5 large pizzas earlier in the day and asked to pick them up at a later time. These were hands down some of the best pizzas I have had in a long time. The Chicken Garlic Pizza is a must. I mean this pizza was so good we fought over the last slice of pizza.
