Asked for pizza at the pizza making counter and was told to go to the bar to order. Waited at the bar for 10 min with minimal other customers and no acknowledgement then when she finally came over to ask what we wanted, we ordered pizza and she told us they aren’t making any more pizzas…. Why send us to the bar to order if you know you aren’t making more pizzas and waste our time?

Was trying to grab a bite to eat before my flight. No instructions, nobody to greet you. Me and 2 other people start waiting in line where the lady is preparing pizza, she condescendingly tells us we have to order at the bar. Acting as if we were supposed to know that and we didn’t, as it’s my first time in New Orleans. I waited around and no one even looked up to acknowledge or greet me. Horrible customer service. I don’t even usually do reviews but the lack of customer service was just absolutely horrible I had to.

This is a garlic knot. It’s cold, COVERED in garlic, and dry enough to cut your mouth. I got them because the vegetarian options were bad. This place is absolutely awful. Hands down, the worst pizza place I have been to, and the meal qualifies as in the top 5 worst meals I’ve ate out ever. Just go to chick-fila, even if there is a line you’ll still get better food faster than at midway

As much as we enjoyed our pizza, there’s a reason we gave 2 stars. They left only 1 server behind the bar to take food and drink orders. She was overwhelmed and was losing track of orders. People were waiting a long time for food. It appeared as if there were other working but they just kind of wandered in and out of the back door to the kitchen. Lastly the server only accepted credit card, but when someone new started their shift at 1230, they were accepting cash. Not great.

Where to start. I wish we had checked the reviews before wasting our time and money on this hole. Every staff member we met was rude! We were made to feel like an inconvenience from the start. The kitchen staff were shouting and swearing right where we were made to sit as we couldn’t use the restaurant area as it had been cleaned ready to close up in an hours time. My husband got his pizza first. Mine took another half an hour after that because they messed up the order. I only know this because I could hear them arguing about it not because anyone let me know or apologised. I also heard the kitchen staff, who messed up the order, ask if he should just ‘take the pepperoni off’ my cheese pizza I had ordered instead of making a fresh one. I think if we had not been sitting as close as we were that is exactly what would have happened. When the pizza finally arrived, it was getting close to closing time. The kitchen staff member sat on the table behind us tapping and being obnoxious clearly wanting us to leave. I took one bite of my pizza, boxed it back up and left. This place is the worst restaurant I think I have ever been in and I hope this review helps people not to bother! I just wish there was a 0 star option.
