This is about one particular employee. 8-7-23. 10:50am. Very young guy. Have never had a taco put together so well!! Usually there it’s a glob of meat in middle/cheese hanging out/hot sauce in one big pile on top. Have to rebuild when home. Until today. They certainly need to keep this kid! Super polite & friendly as well!

Twilight Zone or Mighty? Only person making food was the girl with the blue hair. The other 70 employees were nice but had no clue what part of the Earth they were in. You’re in Mighty taco…you’re making tacos what’s happening here? Waited an hour for our $24 order (5 Items).

Why do the employees have to be so RUDE. We are always kind, and they are just awful. Our order wasn’t even what we wanted. WASTE OF MONEY. Such a great thing after my husband worked 12 hours just wanting to eat something quick.

Horrible experience. Since it’s lent I ordered a fish taco they said there would be a 10 min wait for it so assumed it would be fresh so I was ok with the wait. I’ve had the fish taco there before and it was decent for fast food. Andrew Z rang in order. Had to repeat myself multiple times as he kept forgetting my order then managed to ring the order up wrong and missed items as well that I requested. I brought the food home and it’s was putrid. The fish was disgusting. They put salsa on it when I asked for tartar, thanks to Andrew ringing it in wrong. Just horrible. Sorry mighty cuz you’re usually good. Get rid of this guy… especially on a busy Friday night.

I just have to say, this store was short handed today by 5 people when I went to get my order, BUT even still the employees that were working had a smile on their face greeting customers, got the orders out as fast as they can for in store and drive thru, and the food was delicious.Good luck to you all that are working today there,

Food blah. All taste the same, and the meat all looks the same if it’s ground (which I didn’t ask for). Nothing some with a burrito but the seasoned (badly) meat and the wrap. Everything after cost extra.

Spent over $50 on a take out order today for the whole family. When I arrive a large blonde employee with tattoos was audibly and visibly complaining about making the order “how many burritos do they need” etc. (apparently did not see me standing 5′ away at the counter) then proceeds to slap tortillas around making a ridiculous mess out of all of our burritos, sauce all over the inside of the wrapper and flattened. (Kids did not even want them because it was just gross saucy piles of mush inside some paper) Then proceeds to complain about another order coming through the drive thru and started yelling at an employee in the back to get to the front counter as a whole nother customer had arrived and she apparently didn’t think the person already at the counter could handle it..I know it’s not fine dining but having some sense of your surroundings or professionalism in front of customers shouldnt be that big of an ask. Thanks for ruining my order, sorry you had to make burritos today… at your job.. at mighty taco…
