Our passion for fresh food comes from our founder, Mary Vasquez. Throughout her childhood in Central Mexico, she cooked with her mother and grandmother, helping to prepare family meals. When she moved to the States, she married Mike, had children of her own, continuing to make her favorite recipes from her childhood.
In 1973, Mike and Mary took over an existing restaurant in Corona, CA and renamed it “Miguel’s” in honor of Mike’s grandfather.
Now, there are three full-service Miguel’s California Mexican Cocina Restaurants and 19 Miguel’s Jr. fast-food restaurants throughout the Inland Empire and Orange County.
It is our promise to deliver the freshest, best tasting California Mexican food each and every day.
Mexican counter-serve chain dishing up burritos, tacos & other classics in a modern space. Based on 858 reviews, the restaurant has received a rating of 4.2 stars. Price $

Great parking, right off the freeway. Very friendly staff. Great long drive thru. Love the salsa machine. Lots of soda choices with pebble ice! Glad to see the newest addition to the Miguel’s Jr family!

First time trying this spot with some coworkers. I got the chili verde pork combo. The pork was not great, the sauce honestly could have been anything. When I think chili verde I think about a punch of flavor; this did not deliver. The rice and beans were so so.. nothing to write home about.

Delicious food. Fast and friendly service. Love that you can add potatoes to so many things. Lol They have their salsa in margaritas machines, which is different. They also have the “good ice” – definitely recommend if you are looking for fast and tasty Mexican food in the IE.

This was my first time ever coming to this location and it is now my official favorite. I had received the wrong item when I went into drive-thru. An employee by the name of Margaret was very helpful and had spectacular customer service. I explained to her the situation and she took care of it. She didn’t argue with me or anything and was just super polite and super helpful. This is the kind of person that brings business in. At other Miguel Juniors that I’ve gone to, the employee seem like they hate life and they don’t want to be there. But not at this one, all employees were very kind and respectful. Seriously though you guys need to promote Margaret to manager or store manager because that is exactly how a business should be run. I look forward to coming back to this location many many times.

We go there about once a week. Margaret is always there with a smile on her face and ready to take our order. She always greets us with a smile on her face. She needs a raise or a step up into management. I don’t think there is anything there she doesn’t know. She has even made our order. We’ll see Margaret again soon. Top rated employee.

The menu has changed but I was still able to order my Chile Rellano and cheese enchilada combo as usual. Unfortunately it was an enchilada in name only. An uncooked and undipped corn tortilla wrapped around unmelted cheese and the onions I asked for. I couldn’t cut this with a knife and fork. Likewise the Rellano was too tough to cut and I tore off small bits to eat it. It came to me table heavily sauced and swimming in beans and rice. Accompanied by a plethora of unwanted sauces just to waste food, I guess, because none were ordered and by dining in we could have used the sauce bar. This is not the best MJ location.

This was my 2nd visit to this location and I have no plans to go back. I love Miguel’s but this location has now failed me two times. First trip, beans were cold and tasted watered down, the bean and cheese burrito was cold, and the beef enchiladas had no flavor at all.

Very unhappy, not only did they raise the price of their chicken tostadas, they’re now about half the size. I don’t mind paying more money for the same thing I had before but now that they have cut the size of the tostada not enough to fill me up in one sitting and I have to buy an additional item making the total price increase about 300%.

For a fast food chain Mexican restaurant, their food is great! Can’t beat the Chile verde original burrito or just a simple bean and cheese for a quick lunch.
