The smell in the air will make you hungry as soon as you get out of your car. I decided on the rib plate and it was absolutely delicious! Everything had great flavor. They have a nice size menu to choose from to please everyone’s tastebuds. I highly recommend giving this place a try if you enjoy good BBQ. I will be coming back for more.

The ribs were just okay for me. They were tender but under seasoned for my taste. The corn was definitely bland. The beans and mac and cheese were okay, nothing extravagant about them. The pulled pork was tender. I was not a fan of the texture (it’s chopped finely, I prefer shredded).

Decent bbq not like Macon road BBQ but big portions. We ordered a junk yard dog, hot wings and ribs. The food doesn’t really have the smoke flavor but still decent. The coleslaw was the best very creamy .

Okay, but not one of my better meals there. Had barbecue chicken and it was overcooked to the point of being powdery in texture and little smoked flavor. Beans tasted like out of the can with some barbecue sauce squirted in.

Barbecue and chicken fingers were not freshly prepared. The bbq pork was cold and mushy. The chicken fingers were cooked and refried or reheated or under warmers. It’s not as good as the Phenix City Mike & Ed’s.

Only reason they got a star at all was because of the baked beans. Turkey was ice cold from the fridge…the “special sauce” wings tasted like they came from food depot and wasn’t marinated at all…the Mac and cheese…it was edible. The “special seasoned” curly fries weren’t any better than what you’d get at Walmart. The 4.4 star review this place received is obviously from friends or family. Do yourself a favor and save your time and money and hit a real bbq spot. This place was horrible!

I ordered the rib plate and banana pudding. The ribs taste like lighter fluid, the sauce covers it up. The potato salad was ok but tasted nothing like deviled eggs as described, the curly fries and the mild bbq sauce were the only good tasting things. The banana pudding is supposed to be homemade but it just tastes like the box pudding. First time coming here and was very disappointed in the food. The service was good though and fast.
