I ordered wings, onion rings, and a grilled chicken bacon ranch salad at 3:35 today 8-18-2023, online. Delivery was offered by GrubHub, so I did that. My original order was $32.00 and some change plus tax, Delivery fees, and 20% tip it was a little over $45.00. Order was guaranteed to be here ( less than a half mile where I’m house sitting) in 60-70 minutes ( 4:35-4:45). At 5:15, almost 1 hour and 45 minutes after I ordered, it was still not here. Checked with door dash tracking and said it could not be tracked because the restaurant was delivering it. Called the restaurant, told them what happened, they handed phone to very young female manager. She pulled up order and said it says ” pickup”. I hurried up to the store to pick it up, being very kind. She was nice but definitely not manager material. She gave me the very cold food that has been sitting out the whole time and not in a warmer. Explained to her my situation and told her she she have called me. She never offered to remake food and I never asked. I then asked her why they did not call me when they realized this food was sitting here. Her response was “I wasn’t here when the order was taken”. How do you respond to inexperienced, entitled kids today. If I would have made any demands with remaking food, it is likely the teenagers would have spit in it or something. Well at $ 32 + dollars, sitting out for almost 2 hours unheated, that they are Safe

Called up and spoke w/the owner who was patient and super helpful in helping me place an order all the way from Hampton, VA. He insured the order was fresh and delivered within 30 minutes. Highly recommend checking them out! The family I had it sent to said it was fresh and delicious. I ordered their sub party platter.

We decided to try Mike N dangelos as it has been awhile since last time we ordered from them. I did an online order for pickup. It was ready in 12 mins as promised. It was still hot when we got it home and it was prepared exactly how we had asked.

Placed a phone order. Subs were below standard. Philly steak sub was ordered without mushrooms and came with some mushrooms and no onions and peppers. Very little meat. Buffalo chicken sub was received with no lettuce, tomatos, or mayo. Very disappointed! Won’t order again.

Completely disappointed!! I have never seen a sub like this. I ordered a nightmare sub & there was nothing in it. I thought it was a joke when I opened it. There’s probably 1 meatball sliced thin & spread across the entire sub. Counted 3 banana pepper rings, 3 pcs of pepperoni & no cheese to speak of. This is the last time for me….it’s gone from bad to worse.

This place sure went downhill fast. If you like subs that taste like bread and not much else Mike N’ Dangelo’s is the place for you. Almost no meat in the combo sub. You literally can’t taste anything but the bread and lettuce – the one thing they were generous with – lettuce filler. Why do the subs cost twice as much AND have 1/4 the meat? Either you raise your prices to make up for additional costs or reduce the quality of your food. You don’t get to choose both, unless your name is Mike N’ Dangelo’s. Then you rip off the customer two-fold and pass the savings onto yourself. Pathetic! NEVER AGAIN!

Food was ok. We ordered a pizza and sat in the diningroom.. they plopped the pizza on the table and tried to walk away. No plates, no nothing. I understand they dont really do dine in but has a diningroom, but it was strange they didnt give us any plates for our pizza while we were dining in.

Ordered food online on a Saturday night, Got the confirmation Email and said our food would be ready in 18- 25 minutes. Drove to go pick it up and got there to find out the girl working the counter cancelled our order and said they closed early at 8:30 and our order came in after that. Checked my Email when I got home and got the confirmation Email at 8:28. The girl at the counter was rude and obviously lazy. They should have cooked our food as it was ordered before they closed.

I used to love this restaurant. I eps loved their meatballs. So I thought I would give it another shot. Ordered a Meatball and Cheese sub and Medium Nightmare Pizza. The sub had no cheese ! And the pizza literally had 2 pieces of pepperoni and 2 pieces of meatballs. Extremely disappointed.
