Nice place waitress was quick and courteous and the food was good. I had the island Baked Grouper over bed of rice with new potatoes and was very good my friend had the Blackened Red Snapper and said it was good as well. Definitely worth a try!

Decent place for dinner. This place is super busy, but the servers are very attentive to the tables. I got the jumbo shrimp dinner broiled with a side of ole bay seasoning for the shrimp and new potatoes. The only reason I’m giving 3/5 stars is due to the dim lighting (had to use phone flashlight to read menu); the menu offered royal reds but apparently it was an older menu and they had been discontinued; finally the restroom was disgusting. I tend to believe that the cleanliness of a restaurant starts with how well they maintain and keep the restrooms. This place has the crowds and the location. Hopefully they will only get better via some tlc and maintenance.

Weve been here multiple times because we love the Seafood dip. We had a table of 17 and our waitstaff was great! We got there when they opened on a Tuesday. One entree was the red snapper with crab and shrimp cream sauce over rice and it was very good. Some of our group said their dishes were too salty and they tried to make it right by remaking the dish or giving you something different. I enjoyed the fried oysters. Several of us got cocktails and they were good-a souvenir cup is available.

Being locals it’s hard to find a restaurant that doesn’t feel too “touristy”. I had the stuffed catfish and my wife had the stuffed shrimp. They were both wonderful. The in-house Italian dressing was fantastic and bitter in the best way. My wife said she would get the stuffed catfish next time because the stuffing was so excellent that it didn’t even taste like catfish. The greens were basic but good. Our server, I hate I can’t remember his name, was absolutely amazing. He took time to talk to us and recommend places on the island that we hadn’t tried in the many years we’ve been here. So often servers are so exhausted from having to deal with tourists that there is little left over for true locals that live and work in Gulf Shores. He made us feel warm and welcome and my drink was never empty and I happen to guzzle when I’m out to eat. We will definitely return for another date night the next chance we get.

The place does not look very big, but don’t let the appearance of the restaurant deceive you. If it for sure wort the wait. But if you are a party of 2 you will get in quick, so great for a date night, or even the whole crew. The food was delicious. My wife is not a big fan of much fish but said the white fish was really good.

My wife and I ate here for our last dinner of the vacation. I had wanted some good fish to wrap up the trip and this hit the spot. I had the blackened red fish signature meal. And it was really good. My wife had the grilled shrimp which was also really good. My only complaint would be the darkness of restaurant. It was dimmed like a romantic setting and the restaurant doesn’t feel like a romantic encounter.

Enjoyed the food and service was terrific! AYCA shrimp fried and blackened for the big kids. Coconut shrimp was delicious and serving size was plenty. Also got the Redfish and it was ok. Will be back.
