Very disappointed. The food quality has really been bad lately. I try to give small businesses a chance but they really dropped the ball this time. I ordered 2 sandwiches with fries and my companion and I were unable to consume whatever type of meat that was. It was NOT beef. If it was, it was seasoned very strangely and under cooked. I called the restaurant at 3:50 pm repeatedly, no answer. I’m not sure what is going on there but fix it please. This used to be one of my favorite eateries despite the bad reviews.

I went to this place for 1st time today 02-14-2020 and ordered “lunch specials”. I got the chicken parm and chicken marsalla. Both were delicious, good price and good size. I guy took my order and he speaks English and Spanish. I don’t know why someone says if you don’t speak Spanish they ignore you, that’s not true. I saw other review that the order came wrong, today I said one platter with salad and the other with bread, both came with bread, no problem for me. But Mike’s be careful taking orders and costumers check what you are getting. I would give 4 and a half star.

Never again will I come here. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a croissant. It took a while to make. When it was ready I handed the girl my card which she swiped then handed me the receipt to sign. $18! I said that’s $18 and she replied yes sorry. If I didn’t already pay I would have left. That’s ridiculous!

WARNING DO NOT EAT HERE! I asked for French toast, scrambled eggs with cheese and potatoes because I don’t eat meat. I told the lady this. It took them 40 minutes to make my food and then still got the order wrong! They put bacon on my food. I told them again, I do not eat meat and they said they would remake it over. Well my French toast when I got my food home tasted like pork bacon! They did NOT remake my food over and they have NO respect for my allergy. I will NEVER eat here again.

I work within the Plaza where Mike’s Bagel Deli & Pizza is located, so I drop by for lunch often. I usually call my order in ahead and it’s ready when I get there without fail, which is nice as I only get 30 minutes. I’ve had about everything that’s on the menu, the pizza is pretty good too, they make a personal size.

I love this place! Since covid they have reduced hours, but they have great food. I’ve have a few items here inluding french toast, pizza, empanads, garlic knots, etc. I also used to love the buffalo chicken salad but the last time I had it, they changed the way that they cooked the chicken.

Outside of the toast, the rest of the food is not ordered to specification. I tried this place 3 times and unfortunately only the first time they got the order right. Massive disappointment. I would avoid this place for breakfast.

Stopped here for turkey egg and cheese breakfast and an Italian sub for lunch later. I was shocked to how bad both sandwiches were. It was one of those mornings that you wake up hungry and are looking forward to that delicious sandwich. The turkey was extra thick cut and the color showed that it’s been sitting for some time. I don’t scare easy so I just bit in. Very disappointed. The Italian sandwich was also quite underwhelming. The taste just wasn’t there. Maybe it’s the meats that were turning … ¯_(ツ)_/¯. A shame.
