Legit; we all got the “big Texan” which was a simple brisket and sausage bbq sandwich that tasted like someone knew what they were doing. Great balance with pickles and onions. Unlike a lot of BbQ places, their sauce was actually really good too. This is a can’t miss for a quick, awesome lunch, at a great price. Would have loved to have tried their other meats.

Outstanding! Definitely worth the stop to this roadside bbq joint. Portions are massive and quality of the food far exceeded my expectations. I had 1/2 rack of ribs with macaroni and cheese, baked beans with jalapeño cornbread. I will be stopping by here much more often. The prices are fair, the food is great, what more reason do you need.

Order/eat this BBQ! We had a large group from Memphis, Texas, and Midwest who all love BBQ and we catered with Mikes for one of the nights of our trip. He came and set everything up for us. There was a ton of food but we completely cleaned out the pans it was so amazing! We did the ribs, brisket and sausage. Might be the best brisket I’ve had. We also ordered his Mac n cheese and beans. Was great for a crowd and a hit with the kids!

Good stuff. The pig was cooked well with good char and flavor. Ribs were tender and had good level of meat and seasoning. Pro tip: get extra bbq sauce and try the hot/spicy.

Picked up some ribs, pulled pork, sausage, green beans ,cole slaw, baked beans, and mac n cheese on the fly. Every single portion was huge and delicious. I have some favorite places in S Carolina and Tenn. but Mike’s is amazing and now tied for my favorite!

If you happen to pass by on your way to the keys, just stop and eat. Absolutely the most delicious BBQ food i have had in sometime. The chicken was amazing, the sauces are yummy. Spicy Corn Bread is the best surprise. People are friendly. Overall an awesome bbq experience.

I took a chance on trying this local vendor and was very impressed with the quality and service. I had delivered, bbq ribs and bbq chicken along with other menu items for 40 guests. Of my many catered events, I have never had so many guests ask who did the catering, they LOVED especially the ribs.
